Call for Chapter Proposals

We are planning a book on Requisite Agility and call for chapter proposals from anyone interested in contributing. Please fill in the form below to submit your proposal.

Your Proposal for a Book Chapter:
Possible topics include, but are not limited to:

  • What is requisite agility?
  • Shortcomings of existing approaches
  • Agile at scale
  • Organizational logic for agile enterprise
  • Agile/adaptive enterprise design
  • What can we learn from sociocracy, teal (sensuLaLoux), the Spotify model, etc.?
  • Requisite practices for the 21st century
  • Accountability in agile teams and organization
  • The role of the manager-once-removed in agile enterprise
  • Cross-functional and cross-organizational relationships
  • Agile HR
  • Agile leadership
  • Agile marketing
You are invited to submit your book chapter proposal on or before March 31, 2019 , clearly explaining the topic and intended content of your chapter. The notifications of acceptance are currently expected by June 30, 2019. In the case of an accepted chapter proposal, further chapter guidelines will be sent to you, and a full chapter of about 5,000 to 6,000 words is expected to be submitted by September 30, 2019. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project.
