• Once paid the registration fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
• Once paid the registration fee will not be held in reserve for future events.
• Organiser has all the rights to cancel, reschedule, postpone or alter the date of the event and change the presenter in unavoidable circumstances.
• In the event of force majeure, organisers will not be responsible for any loss, damage, claims costs, injury, or expenses. In such cases, the organizer has the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, or alter the date of the event due to a Force Majeure.
