RA is a uniquely natural, evidence-based, an organic and holistic approach that is top-down and bottom-up all at the same time and focuses on continues organization evolution. RA unites theoretically informed and organization-specific diagnosis, analysis, design, and implementation of organizational structures, processes, and practices that not only focus more on adjusting to business conditions but also focus on developing from those conditions.
